Thankful During Thanksgiving!

It is the time of year for people to think about how thankful they are! Multiple things pop into my mind about being thankful. Though, here are my top three things I will be grateful for this year during the time of Thanksgiving! I am very thankful for my family, friends, and close relatives. I always look forward to seeing them after a long day of school, to spend time with them, watch movies, and help with my homework or something I don’t understand in a certain area of a subject. When we have parties, they are always there with me, and I think the more close you are to family, the more happier you are. Another thing that pops up in my mind about being thankful is for the food we eat. Sadly, some people can’t go out and get dinner, fast-food anytime they desire, or have to skip meals. So, I’m very grateful that I can have the food I wish, and we can pay for it. My last (though I still have more), thing I will be talking about is how I’m thankful for Japanese culture. This includes anime, the food, and their comic-like books (manga). Without these, I don’t know what I’d do in life if I was bored? What would I watch? What would I eat if I could pick? Because of the culture, I’ve learned how to respect different cultures, try new foods, and discover new styles of clothing. I hope everyone has a good, happy Thanksgiving. These are my top three most things I am thankful for!

  1. It is nice to read you are thankful for the simple things in life. I am thankful I am here to share the moments with my granddaughters. I like to see their accomplishments in their lives. I am thankful I can go to their house and spend time with them. I am glad to see my oldest granddaughter likes to cook because I like to try her dishes. I am thankful my granddaughters can grow up with their grandparents by their side.

  2. Totally agree with your list. Related to being thankful for family, I really appreciate the time that we are able to spend together playing games. The only thing missing is that mom is not much of a gamer but I’m going to work on finding a game that we all can enjoy at least in small servings.

This goes both ways but I am sooo tired today thanks to you suggesting that I try out Genshin. Just create an account she says. Just try it out she says. Very addicting! I know I said it’s full Zelda clone in presentation but the combat is hardcore action RPG. It’s good! I promise you that I’m going to figure out those elemental reactions.
